150 Wall Ball Shots

Man wall balls kick my ass every time. Particularly in large volumes. My form was ok for the first 50 or so, but after that, I had wobbly knees all over the place...

  1. I want to try this -- what weight ball do you use?

  2. CrossFit standard is 20lbs for guys and 14lbs for girls....but you can do whatever you want. We use a 10 ft target for the height, and you are supposed to have your hip break parallel with your knees on each squat.

    You should definitely come in and work with us some night you are not beating the crap out of people :)
