For Time

5 Rounds of

1 Power Clean
3 Hang Squat Cleans
2 Push Jerks
Sprint 160ft

After 5 rounds, rest two minutes and repeat.
Loads Males:135lbs, Females:75lbs

14:34 at 55 LBS

This one killed me because I couldn't get my body to move the way my brain said to, but then again all three movements were new to me
