20 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds Rest for 8 Intervals of:

Box Jumps
Jumping Ring Pull Ups
Tuck Jumps
Burpees

Score is sum of lowest number for each movement.


Score: 26

Well I would have been much happier with 28, and I would have been much happier not ending on those wicked high box jumps. Definitely a lung burner...
